This was a very last minute booking to get away and have some time in a new place. I couldn't have chosen better. The owner was really helpful and getting everything done and dusted in 48 hours wasn't an issue. The check-in instructions were clear and simple and everything went to plan. The caravan itself is really well appointed with everything you could possible need. I was really impressed with how comfortable it was and also the quality of things like the cooker and shower. Admittedly it was only myself staying in it, but when my girl friend joined me for the weekend it was still really comfortable. This is a great base for the new forest and also pretty close to Christchurch and Bournemouth. In summary, Its great!

Just returned from a perfect week's stay with my Wife at this lovely homely warm and well positioned static caravan. From the start of booking Niki the owner of the van was informative and made sure that all went well with our booking. From then on in she endeavoured to go far beyond what would have normally been the norm. The caravan is beautifully clean and very well equipt although we were only two staying there is plenty of kitchen equipment and also little touches ie a few games and a selection of Dvd's We are familiar with the area of Bashley and surrounding area making our stay in this area very easy to access other local areas of interest. We would certainly return to this well maintained caravan. Thanks again Niki

This was a last minute booking and Niki was great in the handling of it. Also, when I wanted to extend half-way through. The caravan is very nice and very luxurious. It was everything I wanted and needed for a get away. The site itself is very well kept and although I was in a very quiet week just after Easter, I felt that the site would never be too noisy. In summary, I thoroughly recommend it!

5/5* Lovely week's holiday

We've just had a week's holiday in this lovely, comfortable caravan. I was a little worried in the current circumstances as we're not used to renting private caravans, but my fears were unfounded, the caravan was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner was lovely & very friendly and addressed a couple of small requests from myself immediately. We didn't use the park's facilities so I'm unable to comment on them. I can thoroughly recommend this caravan and its location, it's very conveniently placed for shops, pubs, restaurants and the beautiful nearby beaches. I really hope we'll be able to return.

The communication from the owner was really friendly, prompt and helpful. The caravan is lovely, clean and well equipped. The site is nice and swimming pools were perfect for the children. It is a great location for the New Forest. We had a lovely week away here.

It doesn't get much better than this. Just back from a great week in Niki's home from home static holiday home. The cleanliness, attention to detail and high standards clearly show in everything. The owner has a real passion for good service, this was evident from the time we made the booking to the holiday itself. The location is ideal for a leisurely relaxing break or as the centre for a beach or sightseeing holiday. It's been some years since we've had a caravan holiday , but after this, we will certainly do it again. It's 10/10 and five stars from me. PB

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks with my 6 year old granddaughter. We couldn’t of asked for a better stay, overall. The caravan was beautiful: the standard of the cleaning was immaculate, we were all very comfortable and there was everything you needed (even a hoover and a ironing board!). The owner, Nikki, went above and beyond to be accommodating. Not only was she kind and friendly, the DVD player broke and she ordered one that arrived the next day and came and fitted it herself. The site was really kid-friendly. The pool and clubhouse were lovely and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

Second visit to this Holiday Home and didn't disappoint upon return. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Located centrally on the site, within close walking distance to all amenities. Also well positioned for exploring the New Forest or further afield. Niki, the owner, responds swiftly to all communications. Booking simple and easy. Highly recommend.

Sunny south facing retreat! 5/5 *****

Had a great week in Niki's Hoburne Bashley home. It was bright, airy and super clean. Shower hot, well equipped kitchen, even cafetiere and a flask for outings. We had great weather so really made the most of the deck which was south facing and we could sit outside and eat al fresco and enjoy the peace. The site is really well maintained, we only used the shop and cafe so can't comment on the swimming pools or golf course. It is such a good location for discovering the beautiful New Forest and the coast at Mudeford and Christchurch is just lovely, so many walks and days out within 20 minutes or so. Niki the owner was really friendly and totally reliable, good email contact and directions were clear. We had everything we needed to be very comfortable. Highly recommend. DT

Anniversary in the New Forest 5/5 *****

Our stay was a Monday to Friday get away celebrating our anniversary in a nearby restaurant. I haven’t included any photos of the van because the ones on here are a good representation of what is a luxurious static caravan. The site is well maintained and would be great for the children in the summer, although ours have grown up, the attraction is there. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, bar, hot food etc Niki the owner is brilliant, helpful and very friendly, she will tell you all you need to know to help your stay become a dream. I would recommend the accommodations and area all day long. A big thank you to Niki.. PS
